Opening Day 2024: Rubber Fish Race

Join us for some opening day fun! Thornton Creek Hatchery is honored to be the subject of this year’s Cultural Heritage Festival hosted by the Pacific Rim Arts Society. To start off the festival, Thornton Creek is hosting a rubber fish race. The price is 5$ per fish or 3 fish for 10$. Race starts at 1:30p.m. Featuring special guest speakers Bob Hansen and Caitlin Beaudin from WildSafeBC.
